Machining Notes

How To Saw Aluminum

Use a triple chip ground (TCG), carbide tipped saw blade that is specifically designed for aluminum.  A blade can be purchased from Amazon, Toolstoday, or Maxtool. Use wax stick lubricant.  Place the blade in any standard miter saw.  My particular Dewault miter saw takes a 12" with a 1" arbor.
